Back Page SHUT DOWN adult content section
January 9, 2017
Washington, D.C. – As the direct result of unconstitutional government censorship, Backpage.com has removed its Adult content section from the highly popular classified website, effective immediately.
This is the direct result of poor management of this website. Most of the reputable escort websites such as EROS and ECCIE require all advertisers to send proof of age via government identification and also photos that prove that they are in fact the person in the ads. Human trafficking is widespread and back page certainly made it extremely easy for pimps to advertise underage girls and illegal immigrants who were used against their will to sell their bodies as escort/providers. CRAZY but fact. So that being said shutting down the adult content section of Backpage.com is a good thing.
Now they need to shut down the MASSAGE section of Backpage.com because a lot of the massage parlors especially here in SoCal offer “Happy Endings” including full service and so many of these establishments bring girls in from out of the country to work for them and I believe that most of these girls are being forced because they are here illegally. It now looks like there are escort/ providers who are placing their advertising in both the massage and dating section. I don’t know why they just don’t advertise on the more reputable websites out there.
So all you HOBBYISTS out there who frequently browsed the escort section of BackPage will just have to do the next logical thing and GOOGLE search for “ESCORTS” in your state or city. Quite simple actually and you will probably find some of the same girls who were on Backpage.com. You can find whatever you want on the internet if you just look. ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD!!!
